I accidentally got a little bit away from my Meal Plan Mondays because, well, I get a little hungry and sometimes don't stop to photograph dinner. Oops. I still make a meal plan almost every week, however, and I thought I'd share those up front once I get them done and get my grocery list made. I haven't been to the grocery store to confirm it yet, but here's this week's tentative meal plan, in no particular order:
pizza margarita using the smitten kitchen cookbook pizza dough made with fresh mozzarella, fresh tomatoes in place of sauce, and prosciutto
Another salad coming up soon along some instructions for vanilla, as soon as I purchase the storage bottles for it!
